Lovobalavu ready for RWC

Vodafone Flying Fijians centre, Gabriel Lovobalavu is relishing the opportunity of featuring in his third Rugby World Cup tournament.

The 30 year old has had a rough journey to making the cut this year, after recovering from a knee injury which sidelined him for two years.

Lovobalavu, who plays for the Bayonne club in France, says it will be an honor to wear the white jumper once again.

“We have a very good group in the team; especially the senior players have been leading well from the front. We also have some very talented, young players in the team.”

Fiji will meet England in the World Cup opening match next Saturday at 7am and you can watch it live on FBC TV.
