Lomu passes away in Auckland

All Blacks rugby legend, Jonah Lomu has reportedly died, aged 40, in Auckland, New Zealand.

Lomu battled kidney disorders since 1995 and had a kidney transplant in 2004.

The Tongan-born giant was heavily involved in the promotional work for the recent Rugby World Cup in England.

Lomu earned 63 caps for New Zealand after debuting as a schoolboy in 1993, against France.

Details of when and how he passed away are still emerging.

Lomu, widely recognised as among the five greatest players of all time, was married three times and was living with his third wife, whom he wedded in 2012.
