Fiji’s veteran bodybuilder Inoke Ligairi says he needs to beef up his preparation ahead of the World Championship in Thailand.

Ligairi won a gold medal in the 85kg category during the South Pacific Championship last weekend.

He says he has the potential of doing better at the championship.

“I still think I can still get better in this sport. This is really a sport where as you get older you get better because there is so much to do and it takes time.”

Alongside Ligairi, Mr South Pacific Jekesoni Yanuyanudrua has also qualified to take part in the World Champs.
