Lautoka football gets ball rolling for Pacific Cup

The Lautoka football side has started preparations for the Pacific Cup tournament in New Zealand later this month.

The blues defeated Ba 3-1 in the qualifiers to become the fourth team from Fiji to make it to the annual event.

Kolinio Sivoki, Jone Vesikula, Dave Radrigai, Zibraz Saheb and Samuela Kautoga are not being able to train with the team as they are in the national team camp.

Other teams that will take part in the tournament are Nadi, Rewa and Suva who will be joined by four teams from Australia and two teams from New Zealand.

The New Zealand All Stars are the defending champions of the tournament.

The tournament will be held from the 18th to the 22nd of this month and you can catch live commentaries on Radio Fiji Two with the voice of soccer, Raymond Stoddart.
