Lautoka-Ba clash

The Lautoka and Ba match in the Fiji Sun/ GP Batteries National Football League will be an interesting clash this afternoon.

FBC Soccer commentator Raymond Stoddart says they match between the two teams will be tough this afternoon as hot conditions will also be playing an important role.

“Looking at the both sides it will be a tough match in the sense that this two teams are the most productive teams with Suva in it but looks like a thriller in the clash as always like in the past Lautoka Ba match has been an exciting match”.

Stoddart adds that the inclusion of veteran player in the Lautoka team has boosted the side.

“Maika waqa has come back to the Lautoka team this season and had been playing excellently and setting up some good goals. Waqa will certainly make a difference for the Lautoka side today and he is experienced therefore his return has made the Lautoka side to strengthen their mid field area. Maika Waqa’s presence will certainly make a difference today”.

Ba battles Lautoka 3pm at the Churchill Park in Lautoka in two hours.

In another League games today, Navua hosts Nadroga 3pm at the Thomson Park in Navua.
