The Labasa Under 18 side has qualified from the Northern division as winners for the finals of the Rewa Galaxy Youth League.

In the playoffs over the weekend, Labasa won all its three matches scoring 27 goals in total.

The junior Babasiga Lions beat Seaqaqa 13-1 in the first match, accounted for Bua 9-0 in the second encounter and then beat Taveuni 4-1 in their last match.

Labasa will now await the winners form the Southern and Western divisions to know which teams they play in the finals.

Meanwhile defending champions Rewa will play Navua in the Southern division final after both teams won their pools.

In results from yesterday, Navua and Suva played to a 1-all draw while Rewa beat Tailevu North 4-0.

The winner of the competition gets $4000.
