The Labasa football side secured its second straight win in the Vodafone Premier League, thumping Tavua 5-2 at Subrail Park.

The side led 3-1 at the half time break. Labasa captain Atonio Tuivuna and Ratu Anare scored two goals each while Ashnil Raju got a goal in the game.

Labasa has six points after playing three games in the VPL.

In the earlier rounds, the side lost to Nadi 2-1 in its opening match and defeated Dreketi 3-1 last weekend.

Meanwhile, in another match tonight, Suva plays Nadi at Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori at 7pm.
