The Labasa Primary football side defeated Ba Primary 1-0 in the Primary school division final of the Courts Inter District Championship at Govind Park in Ba.
Rohan Nath scored the only goal of the match from the penalty spot in the first half and the Baby Babasiga Lions held onto the lead until the final whistle.
Labasa Primary collected $1000 for the win while Ba Primary received $250 for finishing as runners-up.
The secondary school division final gets underway at this hour between Kamil College and Saraswati College.
