Fiji-born winger Marika Koroibete’s 12 months since he took world rugby by storm with a sparkling double in his starting debut will be marked in Saturday’s Test against the Springboks.
The 26-year old made a transition from Melbourne Storm to the Melbourne Rebels his Bloemfontein blinder validated his class on the world stage.
As he returns to the country which put his name up in lights on the world stage, Koroibete feels far more comfortable in the Australian fold.
According to rugby.com.au, Koroibete feels both he and the team have grown since they were last playing in South Africa and takes great confidence from his performance here this time last year.
