Kiwis in Fijiana pool

July 17, 2012 6:58 pm

Fijiana pooled with sevens top gun New Zealand, the Cook Islands and Tonga for next month’s Oceania Women’s Sevens Championship in Lautoka.

National women’s rugby coach, Elenoa Kunatuba says it’s the best draw they could hope for.

“Our first game is against the Cook Islands and they may have some NZ-based players then we play Tonga and the hardest is against NZ in the last match for Day One., It going to be tough but knowing the girls, we will give it our best shot and give the answer after the final whistle at Churchill Park.”
