19 year old Selesitino Kalounivale is eager to see how far he will go to achieve his dream of becoming a professional rugby player.

The Vodafone Fiji Under-20 rep was among 29 local junior players recruited by Fiji Rugby Union for one-year training in the Elite Player Pathway program, which was launched last week in Suva.

“I have no doubt that this program will help us. I find it very interesting and I’m willing to do the hard yards to achieve my goals.”

Kalounivale says his first aim is to help the Fiji Under-20 side win the Junior World Trophy in Zimbabwe next year.
