*Selected journalists from media firms in the South Pacific region are attending a one-week workshop organized by the Oceania National Olympic Committee (ONOC) and Pacific Islands News Association (PINA).

The workshop aims to strengthen participant’s knowledge on the work of the International Olympic Committee as well as ONOC.

This is part of the ONOC General Assembly which will be held in Suva from Tuesday.

Participants are journalists who are likely to attend the Pacific Games in Papua New Guinea as well as the 2016 Rio Olympic Games.
