Jenkins gear up for the Vodafone Flying Fijians

Fiji has been a thorn in Gethin Jenkins’ side throughout his memorable Wales career, but he is determined to create a rosy outcome tomorrow.

The prop star is the lone survivor from the 2007 Rugby World Cup thriller, when Warren Gatland’s men were dumped out at the pool stage after a 34-28 defeat.

It was the lowest point in all of Jenkins 108 international appearance.

Jenkins will stretch his record number of caps to 109 when he leads out as captain at the Millenium Stadium, given the armband with Sam Warburton rested.

The Dragons gained a measure of revenge over Fiji with a thumping 66-0 win during the 2011 World Cup.
