The Tavua football side will face another trial when it takes on the Fiji FACT champion Rewa in the Vodafone Premier League campaign this afternoon.

Despite their slow start earlier this season, the Westerners have been impressive in their last two outings where they held Lautoka to a nil-all draw and also held to a Ba 3-all draw.

Coach Saroj Kumar says they have learnt a lot in their past games and it’s time to get a win.

“It is high time we prove that we need to be playing premier football once again. There has been immense pressure but we are working on our strategy to gain victory.”

Tavua meets Rewa at 3pm today while Labasa plays Dreketi at 7pm.
