The Fiji Airways men’s 7s captain Jerry Tuwai says the senior players in the side have been assisting him guide the team while in camp and during the tournaments.
Tuwai says it’s not easy to lead and when the players do make a mistake, they always ensure to encourage each other.
“I don’t see any problem with the boys but we are human beings and some time we make mistake and that mistake we try and improve on and as a team we are helping each other and I’m so blessed to have senior players like Isake Katonibau, Vatemo Ravouvou, Jasa Veremalua and Samisoni Viriviri in the team.”
The Fiji 7s side has moved into camp to prepare for London and Paris tournaments which will be held next month.
Fiji is grouped with New Zealand, Argentina and Scotland in the London 7s.
