Although considered a minor sport the Snooker professionals say its about time Fiji lift the minor sport.

Fiji’s number one snooker player Suman Lal says this can be achieved by having more international events.

“We would like to have more international players into our country.
We would like to have good international tournament but our facilities wont justify what we have at the moment and thats the reason why we haven’t really gone in a big way to invite them at the moment.”

The six Red tournament is currently on at the Fiji Club and has Canadian Feroz Khan and Suman Lal battling it out in the finals .
