It is not over yet: Baber

Fiji Airways Men’s 7s coach Gareth Baber says their job is incomplete following their tournament win in Singapore and also topping the World Series table.

Arriving into the country with the team this morning, Baber says their main aim still remains and that is to win the series.

“We’ve done some good work obviously in the past three to four months and also the offseason to get us to where we are now but we know that we have only achieved a position at this stage and the final position at the end of the series is what we are after and the boys are focused on delivering that and it’s nice to be back here after the win in Singapore as it puts us in a good position for London and Paris.”

Baber says the team will take a few days off before they return to camp next Monday.

He says the only injury concern is Sevuloni Moceinacagi.

The London 7s will be held from the 2nd to the 3rd of June.

Fiji is in Pool A with New Zealand, Scotland and Argentina.
