Fifteen year old, Aliza Hussain has commended her parents’ support towards her preparation for the upcoming Under 17 Women Oceania Football Championships Qualifiers, next month.

Hussain says it was through their support, she managed to make the cut for the national squad.

“My parents like they really support me in everything I do during my studies as in balancing with Sports were like really tough but they help me manage it. They really supported me.”

The year 10 student of Kamil Muslim College also represented Ba at the Woman’s Inter- District Championships.

The OFC U17 Women Championships that will be held in the Cook Islands from the 13th to the 23rd of January.
