The new Fiji soccer coach Christophe Gamel will have a huge responsibility with big games ahead of the team this year.

Fiji will be facing New Caledonia and the top contenders in the Oceania, New Zealand.

All hopes are on him to lift the team to another level and qualify to the World Cup.

In the past years, Fiji has played in the Under 23 World Cup and the Olympic games.

Gamel is expected to arrive in the country next Friday.
