Fiji’s Welterweight boxer Winston Hill will be travelling to New Zealand this week to prepare for the Olympic Qualifiers in China next year.

Hill says he managed to organize this training camp with David Naicker of Hit Fitness in Hamilton.

“Training camp will be building up to the Olympic Qualifier which will be held in China in February so we got only two months to prepare. From NZ we’ll be back in January in Fiji for a short one week training stint and then flying off to Australia for a bit more intensive training.”

Hill adds this qualifying event in China will his biggest challenge and he needs to be focused for it.

The Boxing Olympic Qualifying Tournament for the Asia and Oceania countries will be held on the 3rd to the 14th of February next year in Wuhan, China.
