High hopes for OFC Nations Cup

Vodafone Fiji Football team left the country with high hopes as they take part in the OFC Nations Cup in Papua New Guinea.

Coach Frank Farina says all the players in the team needs to play at their level best against teams like New Zealand, Solomon Islands and Vanuatu.

“It’s about a collective group, you know you can wear the captains arm band but at the end of the day it all about how you play as a team. That’s what we looking at. We have a very difficult group coming in terms of New Zealand, Solomon Islands and Vanuatu. We have to be ready and every-one has to lead when they on the field.”
