Fiji born, Australia womens 7s team speedster, Ellia Green is ready to make a comeback after nine months.

Green says she has recovered well form a knee injury suffered last season and she is raring to go in the Sydney 7s next weekend.

“As soon as I got ball in my hands I just got really excited. One of the things I wanted to be cautious was not to get too excited out there. It has been a long nine months of rehab but I happy to be here and to see my teammates.”

Australia is pooled with France, Spain and Papua New Guinea.
