With an exodus of Fijian players in overseas competitions, the Fiji Rugby Union wants coaches to follow suit.

Fiji Rugby Development Officer, Sale Sorovaki says with the 2016 Olympics around the corner, coaches can also jump onto this bandwagon.

“With 7s now playing a big part and with Olympics games, a lot of countries are looking to Fiji to take coaches and you cannot move unless you have a certification or a certificate.”

Meanwhile, Sorovaki says he and his team will continue carrying out development programs around the country.
