The Fiji Rugby Union is calling on the fans to show their support behind the bid to host a World Rugby Sevens tournament.

FRU Chief Executive, John O’Connor says fans can register by going to Fijifor7s.com and completing the registration details.

He says as of now they have more than one thousand fans who have registered on the website.

“We want to go World Rugby with a huge number of fans support. We want around three to four hundred thousand people to get behind the bid to support our bid.”

FRU has confirmed yesterday, it will be handing in its official World Rugby Sevens Series tournament bid on the 28th of next month.
