Waqavou to strengthen Rewa goal keeping

Rewa football coach, Pita Rabo says they will be getting the services of Benito Waqavou in their Vodafone Premier League match against Ba this Saturday.

Rabo says Rewa’s goalkeeping has been a key area of concern for the Delta Tigers.

The Rewa coach has also revealed that Joela Biuvanua had injured his arm last weekend and will be out for another eight weeks.

He says he is happy with the consistency of the boys after their match against Nadi.

Waqavou had been unable to play for Rewa due to his work commitments but he will be making his return this Saturday against Ba.

Rabo says they’re also working on their finishing which needs a lot of work.

Rewa will face Ba at the Fiji FA Academy Grounds in Ba at 3pm.

In other matches this weekend, Labasa will meet Nasinu this Saturday with the time and venue for the match yet to be confirmed, Nadi will host Suva at Prince Charles Park in Nadi at 3pm this Sunday while Tavua will host Lautoka at Garvey Park in Tavua at 3pm on the same day.
