The former school teacher got his last job coaching Suva in the recent Vodafone Fiji FACT.

He guided the Suva team to the final but were unlucky as they were beaten by Nadi 2-1.

However, he says his biggest achievement in his coaching career was defeating Ba 4-3 on Penalty kicks in the semi-finals as he has never coached a team that was able to beat the traditional soccer giants.

Kumar is expected to take up a new role as an assistant coach in a football academy in New Zealand.
