Rewa and Ba to miss service of key players

The Rewa Football side will miss the service of Tevita Waranivalu in its Vodafone Premier League match against Ba on Sunday.

This after Waranivalu copped a yellow card in last week’s Fiji FACT tournament.

The ‘Men in Black’ will also be without the service of Saula Waqa who was also shown a yellow card in the FACT tournament.

Meanwhile, the Delta Tigers who are currently at the bottom of the VPL standing is hoping to get out of the relegation zone.

The Delta Tigers is expecting a tough battle against the ‘Man in Black’ who is currently in third place with 10 points having played 4 games.

Rewa has only managed to win two games this season, defeating Suva and Nasinu.

On the other hand, Ba has defeated Nasinu, Suva, and Nadi, and has drawn a match with Labasa, who is currently second on the table, with 11 points after 7 games.

Last year’s Vodafone Premiere League champions, Lautoka leads the VPL table with 13 points having to play 6 games.

In this weekend’s Vodafone Premier League match, Rewa will play Ba at Nausori’s Ratu Cakobau Park on Sunday.
