Northwest have kick-started their 44th Vodafone Fiji Primary IDC with a win after they defeated Navosa 1-0 in their first match of the U14 division.

The tournament which is currently underway at the Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori began today and ends this Saturday.

In other matches, Rakiraki defeated Nalawa 2-0, Nasinu lost to Nadi 1-0, Nadroga defeated Lautoka 1-0 while Rewa thrashed Taveuni 4-0.

Looking at the U12 division, Ba defeated Labasa 1-0, Tavua lost to Bua 2-1, hosts Rewa lost to Nadroga 1-0 while Nasinu defeated Navosa 2-0.
