The Labasa and Rewa football teams have lodged a protest against Lautoka in the Vodafone Premier League.
Labasa and Rewa are protesting against Poasa Bainivalu who is currently suspended by the Lautoka Football Association.
Bainivalu played for Lautoka in the VPL match against Rewa and Labasa.
The two teams are disputing that Lautoka should have not fielded Poasa Bainivalu against them as he was suspended.
Fiji FA’s CEO, Mohammed Yusuf says they will have the hearing of the protests before the Courts IDC next month.
Rewa is second last on the points table with 11 points, fighting for survival in the Premier competition while Labasa which is fourth with 16 points is hoping to secure a spot in the OFC Champions League.
