Fiji football star Roy Krishna is likely to be again part of the Fiji Under-23 side at the Olympic Games in Japan next year.
National team Coach Christophe Gamel says if they do qualify from Oceania, he will be looking at including Krishna as one of the over-aged player in the squad.
“If our golden boy Roy Krishna can fit in it will be superb for us but it’s on him, he needs to make the decision. We will discuss together. One or two senior players will also be part of the team.”
The Fiji Under-23 will first have to go through to the OFC Championship qualifiers which will be held later in the year in Fiji.
Meanwhile, in the Vodafone Premier League matches, Lautoka plays Tavua at 3pm at Churchill Park on Sunday and in the other match at the same time Nasinu hosts Ba at Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori.
