The Nasinu football side is aiming to maintain its unbeaten streak against Nadi in its Vodafone Premier League match this weekend.

However, coach Tagi Vonolagi says the team is unable to find grounds for training which is hindering their preparations to some extent.

“Yeah we haven’t been training from this week, because there’s no ground available, like in Nasinu there is no ground in Nasinu at all, even we have the Valelevu ground but it is being used for other purposes, and they say they’re going to develop it but it has taken years now so this is what we are facing at the moment in Nasinu.”

But coach Tagi Vonolagi remains optimistic that mental preparation will enable his team to maintain its unbeaten record against Nadi.

Nasinu has beaten Nadi in all encounters since its promotion to the premier division.

“Well a lot of mental preparation this time, Nadi is a good team, champion team. As you can see they beat Rewa last week, and we will do a lot of mental preparation this week.”

Nasinu will meet Nadi at 3pm on Saturday at the Uprising Sports Center in Pacific Harbour.

In other matches, Ba will take on Tavua at the Fiji FA Academy Grounds in Ba at 3pm this Saturday, Labasa will take on Lautoka at Ganilau Park at 3pm on Sunday while Suva will battle Rewa at 3pm at the Uprising Sports Center at the same time.
