March 11, 2019 1:52 pm

The Fiji Football Association board members will soon discuss the fate of the three national players who were suspended as they failed to join the training camp ahead of the Friendly International matches.

Fiji FA Chief Executive Mohammed Yusuf has confirmed that Tavua defender Sairusi Nalewadonu, Kelvin Naidu of Suva and Dave Radrigai of Lautoka were suspended.

Yusuf says Radrigai and Nalewadonu did not turn up to camp and did not tell the national coach their whereabouts while Naidu lied to them about his availability.

Yusuf says they will not feature in their respective district in the local premier league and they will appear before the Disciplinary Committee soon.

Meanwhile, Fiji meets New Caledonia at 7.30pm next Monday at the ANZ Stadium.

They will then battle Mauritius at Churchill Park in Lautoka later on the 24th of this month.

You can catch the live commentary of both the matches on Radio Fiji TWO.
