The Lautoka football team hopes to win as many games in the Vodafone Premier League before they take part in the OFC Champions League later this year.

Lautoka Coach Kamal Swamy says there is a criteria set for the players and they are looking to achieve it before the Champions League.

“We are looking forward to some other games. I think league will be one of the areas where we will be looking at so that we can monitor our players for OFC Champions League.”

Meanwhile, in the VPL matches this weekend, Lautoka plays Tavua at 3pm at Churchill Park while Ba faces Nasinu at the same time at Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori.
