Fiji National Rugby League Chief Executive Timoci Naleba says making the final endorsement for the NSW Cup bid will take time.

In response to Vodafone Fiji Bati player Akuila Uate’s comment on why the NWS bid is delaying, Naleba says they are seeking few clarifications to ensure the decision they make will be successful.

“There’s a lot of thinking going into this so we can make a decision that is sustainable for FNRL. We’ll make sure that the decision is not made drastically and at the end of the day we ended up in failure and that’s what we won’t allow. It will take a lot of time but the decision will come.”

Uate earlier questioned FNRL on why they’re delaying the signing of the final endorsement for the NSW Cup as he’s concerned.
Uate says the NSW bid will benefit local players once they sign the final endorsement.
