The Fiji National Rugby League expects to host one of Australia’s NRL games at the ANZ Stadium in Suva next year.

St George Illawarra Dragons are planning to bring one NRL game outside of Australia and New Zealand for the first time.

Fiji has already put a bid to stage two competition matches next season.
The Dragons are in discussions with the FNRL about hosting a home game in 2018.

FNRL Chief Executive, Timoci Naleba, says they have given the proposal to the government for their consideration and are waiting for an outcome.
