June 15, 2015 6:40 pm

The Vodafone Flying Fijians is hoping to put in solid performances in their only two home games this year.

The national side will host the Maori All Blacks at the ANZ Stadium on July 11th followed by the Pacific Nations Cup opener against Tonga the week after.

Flying Fijians coach, John McKee says the two games will help him and his coaching staff on areas to improve, leading up to the World Cup in September.

“We’ve got two great games to kick our campaign off. Obviously our goal is to be successful at the World Cup and this is the first step towards climbing that mountain. But they are big steps we take in the first couple of weeks but it’s also great for the public to have those two games and a great opportunity for the public to get behind the team.”

McKee is urging the public to come out in numbers for the Flying Fijians matches.
