Flying Fijians to go through torrid two weeks

August 12, 2015 6:55 pm

The Vodafone Flying Fijians will have the next two weeks to work on their game-plan for the Rugby World Cup in England.

Coach, John McKee says the side will work on weaknesses from the recent Pacific Nations Cup in order to survive the “Pool of Death” against Australia, Wales, England and Uruguay.

“You look at the way we played right through July; when we were good, we were very good. But there are some areas of our game where we need to work on. Critical times, we gave away too many penalties which let the opposition back into the game and probably we didn’t control field position enough.”
