The Vodafone Flying Fijians went through a recovery session in Wales overnight after the grueling encounter against Australia.
The players have been quick to point out that the coaching staff has been tremendous in lifting the image of Fijian rugby.
Flying Fijians number 8, Netani Talei has been around long enough to point out that there is a vast difference now but it’s all about onwards and upwards.
“Nothing is just left sitting there. Everything is put forward to you and it’s your job as a player to go forward, grab a laptop or an iPad, have a look at the opponent and it’s helped as well in different aspects of the boys games.”
Fiji’s next match in against Wales at 3.45am on Friday week.
In the lone match today, New Zealand thumped Namibia 58-14.
