Nine Europe based players including former sevens trio Metuisela Talebula, Waisea Nayacalevu and Nikola Matawalu will be joining the Flying Fijians next week.

The local-based players jetted out to Europe this morning.

Assistant coach Alifereti Mocelutu says getting these players to fit into the coach’s plans will not be hard.

He says although they would have liked more time with the players, Fiji will be at its best.

“Those are professional players, its going to be easy for them to know the pattern we are going to play against England. So it will not be a worry for us for them to join a few days before the England game.”

16 Flying Fijians will get their first shot at playing at Test level on Europe tour.

Fiji takes on England next Sunday.
