Former Fiji Rugby Union Chair, Viliame Gavoka believes the Flying Fijians can beat bigger teams consistently if they play together more often.

Gavoka stated in parliament yesterday that if the national side is to regularly perform as they did against France over the weekend, they must be given more attention and funding.

“If you notice in the Northern Hemisphere – they player against Scotland did poorly. They began to up their game against Uruguay and the victory with France. Which is something we have known for years is that if our boys play together the better they become.”
