Flying Fijians benefit from team building exercise

September 9, 2015 4:56 am

The Vodafone Flying Fijians had a team building exercise after the scrimmage session with their Georgian counterparts in England this morning as they prepare for the Rugby World Cup.

The management team also took part in the team building exercise and Coach, John McKee says the exercise turned out be quite fruitful.

“We did some team building exercise which had two purposes. One was that it was a bit of fun for the players. A change of environment to lighten them up after a week’s rugby training and the match against Canada but also it was to develop some leadership and decision making amongst the players. They were put through some task by the Army trainers.”
