The Vodafone Flying Fijians are fully aware of the strong competition their arch rival Tonga will provide when they go head-to-head in the Pacific Nations Cup in the weekend.
McKee says they have analyzed the Tonga and Samoa game over the weekend and they are working from that.
“From Tonga, we’ve seen them playing many times and we know their style of game and they played their half back a lot and use their strong forwards to counter our defense.”
The tournament is the qualifier for the 2019 Rugby World Cup with the combined 2016 and 2017 results.
Fiji and Tonga have met 89 times with Fiji winning 60 matches.
The team will depart our shores tomorrow to play Tonga on Saturday in Nukualofa and faces Samoa the following week in Apia.
