The Vodafone Flying Fijians are looking forward to their Rugby World Cup warm-up match against Canada next week.
Coach John McKee says the players have gone through a torrid two weeks of training in preparing for the World Cup and the hit-out against Canada will be a chance for the boys to let off some steam before the opening game against England.
“There are a lot of things we have been working on over the last two weeks here in Fiji. We’ve been changing a few things up from the Pacific Nations Cup and working on a few areas that we know we need to improve so it’s important that we get to trial that in match conditions.”
Fiji will face Canada in a warm-up match next Monday and then take on World Cup hosts, England in its opening game on September 19th at 7am.
