The Vodafone Fiji Football team defeated Tonga 5-0 in a friendly match, last night.

The Carlos Buzzetti side had a strong start after Malakai Tiwa scored the opening goal followed by Alvin Singh and Osea Vakatalesau.

Fiji led at halftime, 3-0.

Tiwa scored his second goal to extend the national side’s lead in the second half before Napolioni Qasevakatini scored another goal to seal the victory.

The match was held at Govind Park in Ba.
