The Fiji Airways Fijiana 7s team scored six tries in its second pool match to beat Brazil 47-14 in the Langford 7s in Canada.

This win means the Iliesa Tanivula-coached side is through to the cup quarterfinal tomorrow.

Fiji’s tries were scored by Asinate Savu, Luisa Tisolo, Miriama Naiobasali, Viniana Riwai, Timaima Ravisa and Merewai Cumu.

The Fiji women’s side earlier defeated England 24-14 in its first pool game.

Fiji will now meet New Zealand in its last pool match at 1.06pm.
