The Telecom Fijiana side is into its final stages of preparation for the Oceania 7s in Auckland, New Zealand next weekend.

Fijiana coach, Chris Cracknell says it will be a tough encounter but the side is going in with a positive attitude.

“Tough physical battles from Samoa and Tonga; the Cook Islands will be good. They were very quick in the Under-18 tournament and then PNG will be another physical battle. We are not writing off what the opposition will bring but I like to focus on what we are doing and the girls worrying about them playing the best that they can play.”

The Telecom Fijiana side departs for Auckland next Tuesday with the Oceania 7s to be held on Saturday and Sunday.
