The TFL Fijiana side has finished on 8th position at the Canada leg of the World Rugby Womens Sevens Series.

The Fijian girls lost 22-0 to Australia in the 7th place playoff.

Fiji had earlier lost the plate semi final to host Canada 45-0 as the side was beaten by New Zealand 26-5 in the Cup quarter finals.

Meanwhile New Zealand took out their fourth title in a row this season as they beat Russia 29-10 in the Cup final.
