The TFL Fijiana side believes their outing at the World Sevens Women’s series will help them to a better performance at the Pacific Games.
Coach, Iliesa Tanivula says the girls have learnt a lot in their first season on the series and that will surely help them at the regional meet.
“We have learnt a lot and it’s an experience that we just got to enhance and go forward with it. With the completion of the World Series and the SPG coming up, it’s just picking up the positives that we’ve done and encountered in the World Series and try and come back to the Pacific Games and get on with it.”
The Pacific Games will be held from the 4th to the 18th of next month in Papua New Guinea.
The Women’s 7’s rugby competition will take place from the 8th to the 10th.
