The Fiji Yachting Association is looking at promoting a brighter future of the sport.

Association Secretary Neville Koop says they have established a programme aims at eight years and over to build their knowledge and skill in water safety while at sea.

“We start from 8-9-10 years old. The only thing that we required from those who wanted to learn to sail whether they young children or adult. If they want to sail and also learn the basic level of water safety.”
