Fiji women win second cricket match in PNG

The Fiji women’s cricket team has won its second match at the Pacific Games in Papua New Guinea.

This as the side beat New Caledonia by seven wickets this afternoon.

New Caledonia batted first and was all out for 56 runs in 14.4 overs, while in reply, Fiji managed to 57 runs for the loss of three wickets in 7.4 overs.

The side had beaten Cook Islands by 71 runs yesterday.

The side plays PNG later this afternoon.

Rosemarie Rova is the latest Fijian swimmer to make the finals.

She will feature in the 200 metres Breaststroke final after clocking 3mins 3.30 secs in the heats.
